Venice Commission releases critical report on Albania

The Venice Commission has released a report on the recent relations between parliament and opposition parties, which decided to boycott the Assembly in February.

It’s well-known that opposition political forces decided to relinquish their parliamentary mandates a few months ago, while the Central Election Commission continues to replace them with other MPs.
